Program Development

We strive to provide a road to success and make sure there are measurable targets. In order to fulfill your organization's goals and steer clear of frequent problems, we work to develop a program that is owned and administered by you rather than being wholly dependent on us.

Strategic Assessments

 

At Cerbicore, we will test your organizational  IR, Hunt, Insider Threat capabilities through a Table Top Exercise (TTX), a Program Assessment aimed at any one of your choice or all, a Threat Hunting and Incident Response Preparatory evaluation to determine if your organization is ready for a Threat Hunting/Detection Engineering capability and is your Incident Response capability prepared to handle an incident and case transferal from a threat hunt team (if the organization has one already).

Then, we put your program to the test using real-life scenarios our consultants experience every day. Finally, we give you a roadmap with detailed recommendations for how to build, mature, and sustain your security program.

  • Embed with your existing team and help grow in capability, build 

  • Conduct an Enterprise Health Check to provide a snapshot in time assessment of your organization

  • Hunt Campaign: Conduct a series of hunt missions to help baseline your organization's environment for a year - resulting in a better identification what is 'normal'. Also includes detection engineering support.

  • Detection Campaign: Build detections for your organization over the course of  6-12 months- resulting in filtering out enterprise noise to better identify anomalous behavior.
